Privacy Policy

Effective 30 September 2026 · Applies to Brewmoon: Water Sort Puzzle (Android)

The short version
  • Brewmoon has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
  • Your progress and settings stay on your device.
  • Our partners collect limited data to show ads (Google AdMob), understand usage and fix crashes (Firebase), and handle the Remove Ads purchase (RevenueCat).
  • Where the law requires it, ads only start after you answer a consent prompt, and you can change your answer in Settings.
  • Brewmoon is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets that age.

1. Who we are

Brewmoon is published by Averolt (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at aslidevelopers@gmail.com.

2. What stays on your device

Level progress, stars, settings (sound, music, haptics, colorblind runes, muted ad audio) and a cached record of whether you own Remove Ads are stored locally on your phone. We do not receive them. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

3. Data collected by our service providers

ServicePurposeData involved
Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform Showing interstitial and rewarded video ads; collecting and storing your consent choice Advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version), ad interactions, approximate location derived from IP, and your consent status
Firebase Analytics Understanding how the game is used, such as levels started and completed, moves, and settings changed App instance ID, advertising ID where permitted, device and app information, approximate location from IP, and gameplay events
Firebase Crashlytics Finding and fixing crashes Crash logs and stack traces, installation ID, device model, OS version, and app state at the time of the crash
Firebase Remote Config Adjusting game values (such as the number of free undos) without an app update Installation ID, app version, device language and country
RevenueCat Processing and verifying the one-time Remove Ads purchase and restoring it on request A random anonymous app user ID, purchase and entitlement status, and receipt information from Google Play. We never see your payment details.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.

4. Ads and your consent

Brewmoon shows an interstitial ad after a level is completed and optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch. There are no banner ads, and no ads while you are playing a level. Ads are served by Google AdMob and may be personalized using your advertising ID.

In the UK, the European Economic Area and other regions that require it, Google’s consent form appears before any ad is requested. You can review or change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options. You can also reset your Android advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device’s Google settings. Owners of Remove Ads see no ads at all.

Learn how Google uses data from partner apps at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google’s AdMob and Firebase privacy information is at policies.google.com/privacy and firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

5. Purchases

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play and verified through RevenueCat. Learn how RevenueCat handles data at revenuecat.com/privacy. Use Settings → Restore purchases to recover a purchase on a new device.

6. Why we use data (legal bases)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies: we rely on your consent for ad personalization and related advertising storage; on our legitimate interest in keeping the game stable and improving it (analytics and crash reports); and on contract to deliver a purchase you made.

7. How long data is kept

Retention is set by our providers. Firebase Analytics event data is kept for 14 months by default. Crash reports are kept for 90 days. RevenueCat keeps purchase records for as long as needed to honor your entitlement and meet legal obligations. Ad data is retained under Google’s policies.

8. Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with the providers listed above, who process it on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. They operate globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the UK and EEA, Canada under PIPEDA, and Australia under the Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority.

Because we do not know who you are, we can look up data only by an ID from your device. To make a request, email us and we will tell you how to find your Firebase app instance ID or RevenueCat app user ID, then act on the request or explain why we cannot. You can also limit collection yourself by resetting your advertising ID, changing the consent choice in Settings, or uninstalling the app.

10. Request deletion of your data (Brewmoon: Water Sort Puzzle)

Brewmoon has no accounts, so there is nothing to log in to and delete. To ask us to delete the data our providers hold about your device:

  1. Email aslidevelopers@gmail.com with the subject “Brewmoon data deletion request”.
  2. We reply with steps to find your Firebase app instance ID and RevenueCat app user ID inside the app.
  3. Send us those IDs. We then delete the matching records in Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) and RevenueCat, and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.

Deleted: analytics events, crash reports and installation identifiers linked to those IDs. May be kept: purchase records that Google Play and RevenueCat must retain for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention law; deleting the RevenueCat record does not remove a purchase from your Google Play account. Ad data held by Google is managed in your Google account’s ad settings. Progress stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

11. Children

Brewmoon is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law says so). We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will help remove it.

12. Security

Data sent by the app travels over encrypted connections and is held by providers with industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep our data footprint deliberately small.

13. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
